The HMS girls soccer team improved their record to 3-2 on Thursday, September 19th by defeating Ringgold with a final score of 4-0. Emma Lieu, Mia Beardsley, Cate Skowronski, and Mary Vargo all scored for the Fighting Highlanders. A strong defensive effort anchored by Mackenzie Hirt and Annabelle Herrle, combined with a goalkeeping tandem of Grace Wyse and Rebecca Knight shutout Ringgold to give the Fighting Highlanders a solid victory and put them back over .500 in the win column.
